Orders + Shipping
Shipping and Fees
- Shipping timelines are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
- Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
- Deliveries may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees as some items may be shipped from our oversea outlets. Please note that Taitinu does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Taitinu is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
- Shipping timelines does not include processing times for your order. For the most accurate delivery date estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline at checkout.
Tracking my Order
Have an account?
Login and head over to your Taitinu account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Don't have an account?
You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order, and it will then appear under "My Orders.".
Status and Meaning
* Processing
Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 1-3 business days!
* Shipped
Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.
* Partial
Looks like your order included a piece that is made-to-order or shipping later! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your Taitinu piece as early as possible, we've shipped the available pieces first (applies for US/Canada only).
Cancel or Change Order or Delivery Address
Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team, and we will do our best to support you.
For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
Delayed Order
Our Customer Experience Team will get in touch with you with an update within 24 to 48 hours if your order is not processed by the scheduled shipping date (be sure to check your inbox!). Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience. Returns & Refunds
Replacement
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued. If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
Lost or Undelivered Package
For lost in transit or stolen packages, there's two options available to you. We can either refund you for the entire order OR we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge -- it's completely up to you.
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Damaged Orders
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@taitinu.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please email us as soon as possible at care@taitinu.ca with your order number and a picture of the damaged item if your order arrives in any way damaged.
